A Look Back on a Great Year for Johnson and Sons Paving
2023 is right around the corner and we’re taking a look back at the year to see how far we’ve come! 2022 was our ninth year in business, and by far, our most exciting one yet! Check out our end of the year round up to see what we’ve been up to!

We Were Also Recognized for Our Growth
Back in September, we were named a Future 50 company by BizTimes Media in partnership with the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce! The Future 50 program recognizes companies in the Milwaukee area that have shown significant revenue and employee growth after their first three years in business. We are SO proud of our teams for all their hard work this year, and years prior, to make this happen!
We Celebrated with Our Crews
It was a busy year, but we took some time to celebrate our wins with the teams that made it happen! Over the course of the summer, we visited our on-site crews and shared lunches, drinks, treats, and cakes! Over the course of the year we’ve:
Celebrated with 85 Crew Members
Had 15+ on-site lunch deliveries
Shared in 5 celebratory cakes
Served 100s of tacos at our year end cookout
We Also Got More Involved in Our Communities
We spend a lot of time in cities and towns throughout Southeastern Wisconsin and we make it our goal to support the communities that support us!
As a team, we supported SIX local charities including:
- One Village Partner
- Pro Health Walk for Cancer
- Blessings in a Backpack
- Lutheran HS Association
- Rally for Aly
- Hebron House
We also participated in two local parades:

And had one pretty competitive door décor contest!
We Set a Good Pace for 2023
